I sent a baseball card 2 months ago. Never receiving a message from buyer saying anything about not receiving the card. And today they open a case saying they never received the item. How do I deal with this. Buyer didn't pay for shipping it was free...

A buyer recieved an item that was incorrect. I need to buy a return shipping label for the item sent for them to return the item and return it to me. How do I go about doing this..Please Help!!

I have several spammers and they are bidding and winning and not paying. I even had one cancel and rebid. I have kept a list of these spammers for ebay supporter. Where can I send this information in to have them block them?

HOW DO I PREVENT PEOPLE FROM MAKING AN OFFER THEN MESSAGING ME TO TEXT THEM? I DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS OUTSIDE OF EBAY AS TO HAVE DOCUMENTATION ON EVERYTHING!PLEASE ADVISE
