There is apparently no recourse for NON-PAYING buyers. We lose out on
our sale, have to wait to report the buyer, and then relist. The buyer
should get penalized for their actions. We can't give negative feedback
but they can give us negative feedbac...
I cannot find any place on the listing page where I can say my book is
hardcover or softcover. All my listings come up with hardcover and the
same ISBN number.
I did not know about the buyer requirements list. That's on me for not
checking. I've just done that and I know how to add them to my block
buyers list. I always do that! It's still frustrating when someone
