Buyer paid wtong price i do not accept is amount need to csncel his order immediately

I need to cancel his order I have not touched or done anything buy informed him of the correct price of 45 dollars. .he submitted 26.50 knowing it was incorrect and I corrected it 5 times...I do not accept his payment. ..what do I do?
