If someone wants a bundle, does that mean they'd like a discount on more than one item? What is the best way let the customer purchase a bundle? Do they purchase the items without paying and then I send them an invoice?

I have 35 items that are eligible for offers to be sent. When I click on that, the items are not coming up like they usually do. No items come up.
