Items that were up for auction were bid on and sold but now showing up as unsold after auction

Items that were up for auction were bid on and sold but now showing up as unsold after auction. Why is it not showing up as sold there were multiple buyers and no reserve. Is there a glitch in eBay right now?

Is eBay down?
