eBay customer support has been clueless when I have needed to contact them. I get the feeling they just search for answers in the help pages that are available. I suppose I am just saying don’t set your expectations very high.

Not sure if this is somehow related. I have seen this with some other buyers. It says the person is located in United Kingdom, but the shipping address is in USA.
