Hello! does anyone know if you can download all the conversations I have had with customers, the ones that are in the message center, because I need to do analysis and I have to put them in a specific format to analyze the data.

I can only find posts that are several years old on this subject and tried to call ebay and fed ex but don't feel confident in the answers I received. My company has awesome Fed Ex rates. They are cheaper than the rates Ebay charges for Fed Ex throug...
