Dear Sir,Since 7/14/21, I found out someone use my name to create this
account. My name's Cathy Nguyen. I want to close this account. I have
another account :polaroid2 for a long time already. I don't want too
many account.
On 7/14/21 I found out I got 1 more account 23.3278. While my act#
polaroid2 I am still using it. So someone took my information to open
it. I want to close acct 23.3278.
