I bid and won an auction that listed 2 rc parts items. Upon receiving the items one of the items wasn’t an rc part at all. I bid for these items because I want rc parts. Half the order is great. Don’t know what I should do now

My bid won an item on the auction. I looked at the details for the item and it said local pickup "free". I didn't see Shipping details other than the pickup option. I live in Oregon, and the seller lives in new Hampshire so I need to have it shipped....
