Are usually get a pay out once a week. I did not receive my weekly pay out this week, and it says my next scheduled payout is August 6.

This is my first time getting a 1099 form from ebay Are the numbers shown, after ebays have been taken out? do these numbers include shipping in which I need to subtract? any info would be helpful or where to look thanks
