I've had several customers tell me they didn't see the Buyers notes to
put in their request, so they had to message me instead. Why wouldn't
the buyers notes show up for them?
I have customers leaving notes on most of the orders, so the ones not
seeing it is probably overlooking it since this option is under settings
and not each individual listing, correct?
