I’m trying to use the background listing tool white out my background, but it’s not saving to my pictures. Is anyone else having this problem?

I accidentally sent the wrong item to an international buyer; it is on its way to the eBay shipping hub. How can I stop it from going to Germany ? I still have the correct item in position
