eBay Standard Envelope, unit cost $15 but 2 purchased for $30 total

I am considering using eBay Standard Envelope for my low cost listings under $20. But what if multiples of the same item are purchased? The unit price is still under $20 but the total amount is over that. Can I still use eBay Standard Envelope?
