I'm getting the same error, on Oct 9 and Oct 10. Everything was working
on Oct 6. I'm wondering if registering a 2nd eBay account would help --
maybe the error would not occur for the new account?
Thanks for the info -- I tried it and everything seems normal now. Let's
just hope I don't get an unpaid item strike because of the slow payment.
I was unaware of this technique until I read your post. (In my case, the
item was not expensive.)
