A day later the issue appears to be completely gone and everything is back to normal.Thanks to eBay devs for resolving it quickly.

I noticed some additional information on this issue.This occurs when I add certain items to my list. All those items seem to be from eBay Motors category and for listing some cars (car parts don't cause the issue).

You can also contact the seller from the "Purchase History".Just click the pull-down menu "More actions" next to that listing and then you should see "Contact seller".
