Hello all, I have some books for sale. Others have sold a book for $3.80
with free shipping. The cheapest shipping option I see is USPS Media
mail. How are sellers able to do that without losing money?
Since when does eBay allow buyers to cancel an order AFTER they have
paid? Additionally, they don't allow any negative feedback against that
buyer for that cancellation to warn other sellers.
