I was scammed by EBAY Motors. I purchased a Travel Trailer but never got it. I am out by $3400.OO.

I am unable to get and help or response from EBAY. I still have 12 EBAY cards loaded with $200.00 each that I used to make the purchase with. I thought I could trust EBAY.
