I don't think its a glitch. They deposited .08 and took out .18. Over
135 million ebay users. It adds up. I chatted with an agent about this
who referred me to another agent. The new agent asked me to send him
screen shots of my bank account because ...
They're getting bolder. They deposited .08 cents and withdrew .18. What
gives? It's only a dime...and their integrity. I can find nowhere on
their policy that says they'll withdraw more to cover any fees they
incur. Something fishy here.
