My seller performance suddenly went "below standard" without any complaints or my doing anything wrong. I do everything as required. Ship quickly, contact each buyer, and have great reviews from all my buyers. Is this a way to raise my seller's costs...

why after months a "0" defect rate are they now listing me below standard? I ship quickly, contact each buyer and don't have any issues.
