When I told eBay I was going to his local police they agreed & said more
people should report internet fraud & if police contact them they will
fully support them, so I have filed a complaint on line with his local

Sorry bud yes I had refund given to him already because I have done so
before for people who were decent people, the day item arrived in
America I emailed him and asked did he receive it ok but he ignored me
until I phoned him & left msg advising him...
eBay said they cannot do anything I unless he contacts them, they said I
was correct to inform police & it might count out fraud.. they said if
it stays like this they’ll block him & I’ll probably have to be at the
loss of it
