What do you do when the buyer receives the item and accidentally cuts a hole in it. What do I do? Not expensive ($28) but totally her fault.

separate return labels for 6 different items

seller bought 6 pieces if jewelry and asked me to combine shipping. now she wants to return all of them but do i have to create 6 different return labels?
