chat and call back buttons on site are gone, site has no answers to my problem? What can be done?

I have a complex selling problem that needs a discussion with a customer service rep. the chat and call back buttons are gone and alll phone numbers lead to a robot that recommends only going to the paragraphs of advice on the site then hangs up!!!!!...

I sold two items for just under 400$ net Ebay shows no balance to me and total pay out of about 20$ One of the buyers is now notified to me by ebay that I should not do business with them, or stop shipment this is about 3 weeks after i sent the merch...
