I ended all ads more than a week ago and keep getting charged for ads

Ebay was keeping about 80% of my net sales in fees and ads, so I ended ads about a week ago, but I keep getting charged. Why?

Why in Spanish ?

I keep getting all messages and notices in Spanish. I’ve looked at the settings but cannot get then to change to English. Can you help? Thanks, Carlos Alsina
