The title says it all. At bulk ship the past few times I've had to print
my orders one by one as it won't let me confirm and pay any more as you
can see in the screenshot... I talked to eBay and they said they would
report the bug but its been weeks....
You also have to toggle the payment method after hitting USPS before
switching it back to UPS... Seems like the issue stems from UPS ground
charging you after the label is used and ebay breaks when that happens
