It is fraud, period. These vendors refuse to put on a reserve and cancel
bids just before the end of the auction window then report there were no
bids....puleeeze
It IS a total scam, instead of having a reserve, Indian Jewlers, will
cancel the bids and erase their own straw bids minutes per seconds
before the expiration. EBay doesn’t do anything and I had one manager
