Will duties be applied at the Shopping Cart for US buyers from Canadian
Sellers? If not, how does one collect the duties and taxes from a US
buyer if I am selling in Canada - selling on .com?
Is it just my computer???? Trying to list using sell similar -keeps on
refreshing without my changes! I am pulling out my hair! Everytime I
enter something different it reverts back to what it was!!!! Anyone
else??
