Curious -- do you use a VPN? I'm thinking that just might be EVERYONE'S
problem.I was suspended and haven't even listed an item, but if eBay can
see my location changing because of my VPN.. I'D gladly NOT use it to
get my account reestablished..
That's untrue. I've had the situation just happen and I've done nothing
wrong. I provided them with copies of my driver's license, a credit
card, my bank statement. I have no listings yet and I've had my personal
eBay account for well over 15 years, ...
