Did Ebay change the active listing page, I cannot see categories on my listing page

For some reason the Chrome browser will not let me & other sellers edit their listing. It has been 3-4 days now. I tried using another browser & it works fine. Please ebay Tech dept., check into this & fix the problem. Thanks.
