I had sold one of my items and I did USPS parcel select ground. When the item was sold it came up USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope. This has happened a couple of times to me. Has anybody experienced this?

Sent wrong merchandise.

I the seller sent the wrong merchandise to the buyer. How do I go about creating a new label send the correct merchandise.
