I recently fell victim to a company using a bait and switch tactic. They
will not fix the problem and eBay will not seem to address it. I have
heard that eBay goes after bad sellers with a vengeance. I have seen no
such actions.
Just as a follow up....I have continuously sent messages to this
company. They respond with a generic we are looking into the matter. But
still no word. That is their standard procedure from what I read. Drag
things on and on till the buyer gives up....
