I have seen where buyers have left negative or neutral feedback for
sellers have have cancelled transactions but I can't seem to find where
to do this. Can anyone help?
I feel your frustration. I have been an Ebay member for more than 10
years and I have never had a seller cancel an order on me.... until now.
I have had THREE cancelled orders in the last month! I am so frustrated!
