hi. well I did go to PayPal to check that out as well and yes it gives
me the option to refund and it says that I can do a full or partial but
I don't actually get any option to choose partial refund..... This whole
situation has been very frustratin...
hi The ONLY reason I need to give a refund is they bought multiple items
and they were charged priority mail fees for each item, and I sent them
all together.... because I haven't figured out how to credit them back
yet they left Neg feedback ;-(
