How can I access all of my purchases? The site only goes back 3 years and I got lifetime guarantee and need a screen shot of the purchase.

I had a item in my watch slot they sent me a offer for 34%off regular price. I clicked on it to buy it less than 12 hours later and they charged me regular price. Not a good way to do business. Any other offers that were sent last at least 24 hours.
