I ended up relisting because i found out its a credit so it stays on the account so i might as well try to sell again and use the credit and not waste $40.

I recently closed the case and got this confirmation, the weird thing is as soon as i closed the case and recieved the fee's back I was actually charged for $40.70, do they charge and then refund it? Again, sorry for the basic questions I am new to E...
