A buyer has left me negative feedback before I have even shipped the
order. I have my posts set for 3 business days and it has only been two.
I asked that he take it down. He said open a case. I did. They said the
buyer is entitled to their feedback....
In the last 24 hours have had two items sell with both buyers messaging
me (via eBay) asking me to email or text them with payment information
and shipping details. This is obviously a scam, but how/ when do I
report it?
I have followed those actions but when I get to the last step to review
the offer is that I have sent out there is no option to retract or
cancel even though they have still not accepted the offer
