My Offers recevied from customers are not showing on my ebay

I received offers in my email but click there to go to the Ebay system none of the offers shows there. No in the pending tab, no in the history, no in the completed tab NOTHING.. can someone help me.. I am not able to counters or accept offers..

Where reviews does not shows on my listing?

I do not see reviews on my products. Also, I do not see how my customers will leave one if there is not link or something to leave a review..
