i have tried to use a vanilla gift card on here but i got declined can anyone tell me why

id like to know why 99 percent of the sellers on her dont offer usps priority shipping as an option i want to purchase so much stuff on ebay but cant because they dont offer usps shipping as an option an so there losing out on sales
