Seems to me that you shuold be able to get this removed by contacting
ebay. Be persistant. The feedback has nothing to do with the transaction
that was completed.
ebay does not close these INR cases over the phone anymore. If a case is
opened, then upload the tracking number when responding to the case.
Make sure you respond to the case in a timely manner. It should close
