We are having the same issue. First it was the really horrible new
listing tool that destroyed our HTML and takes 5x as long to use. Now
they ruin the shipping screen and it takes 10x as long to ship an item!

I don't think your crazy. My sales are better now then at peak holiday
season. I've done nothing different either so it doesn't make any sense
to me either. I understand the pandemic situation and people being home
and bored but there has to be more ...
