I paid for the package and the tracking says June 14 depart something something. But it has not changed for 5 days. It is already past the est delivery date, but i did accept best offer and paid for it a few days after is it lost? I have no clue what...

This guy on ebay wouldn't accept my cancellation for wrong shipping address. He also said he wrote the wrong address and they returned the card to him. He said he shipped it but it has been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard any updates. What do i do?
