If I return an item back to the seller, I'm supposed to get all of my money refunded back?

This is the adapter that came with the bong and is to short because when I light it, I got burnt. What size could I get that's long enough so it won't burn me?

How come the 3 wheel bikes that are 24" or the foldable ones always have a 220 pound weight limit? What's the difference if you're 220 lbs or 265?
