Incorrect shipping charge on eBay invoice

In reviewing my invoices from eBay I found one that has the wrong shipping charge. I find no way to dispute the charge. I find no way to go back and confirm the amount that the buyer paid for shipping. Very frustrating. Any advice? Thank you.
