I bought a pcm tuner and they said it was new but when it arrived it
wouldn’t work or do anything. they will not refund or replace and eBay
isn’t helping.? What do I do
@montethemonster the left rear quarter panel behind the wheel can be
shaped easily the metal is fine the reinforcement arm will need to be
replaced, a novice body man with weeks on the job should be able to
complete that job in under 3 hours to prime...
