I haven’t shipped with the eBay international hub. It will not let my print a label that is supposed to go to Illinois then Svitavy Czech Republic. It keeps saying I have not chose a shipping carrier but it says usps ground on the page before ? HELP!...

Seller accepted return and on the return details page it shows the tracking number but no print label icon. HELP
