The app automatically updated and is now unusable. I can't bid on
anything and I can't pay for anything. I tested these functions on a
computer and that works fine do it is just the app. Can I get the old
version back?
Yes I have done all of that and it made no difference at all. I
contacted the techs and they asked for a video of what it was doing or
in this case not doing. I sent that so hopefully they can fix it.
