What can I do if my usps delivered my item but I go and open my mailbox with the key and there’s nothing there?

All the things I have bought for eBay I can’t bye anything because they want PayPal is ok is just a new beginning for something else

I all of sudden can’t buy with my debit card so guess what I’m just not getting PayPal so goodbye there’s other things I can do with my money thanks but good bye eBay
