Anyone else having problems printing labels this evening?

I'm getting a message saying "problem generating label, please try again later" This was when I was printing a label for UPS.

I got suspended for violating the medical device policy but the product doesn't require prescription

I had cpap tubing for sale that doesn't require a prescription. How do I contact someone to overturn this?
