I just spoke to the wrong representative. I had them call me a second
time and this time they were able to help me. The only thing I did wrong
was getting a representative on the first call who wasn't as
knowledgeable about how to get my money back. ...
That is horse**bleep**. Even if you "mess up" ebay should still be able
to make it right, but they won't because their "ask ebay to step in" and
"ebay money back guarantee" features are total jokes.
Even if you ask them to step in, they won't help you. I received an item
that wasn't as described, had eBay call me, explained what happened, and
they didn't do anything to help me. They're a joke so don't expect any
help at all. Save your time.
