Ebay site has been malfunctioning for over a week. Bugs ,glitches and I cant access my messages. Sports items buyer. I was double charged for football items purchase and it's not been resolved.

Yesterday & today we have unable to access our account messages, could not purchase anything but one time it worked, or log out. The site isnt working properly. I get a screen that says " one or more sellers are not accepting orders".
