shipping is not an item why ebay collects sales  tax on it 

i bought an item from a 0 seller and 0 feedback which i took a risk because the price was too low this guy posted a false tracking and thinks to get away i contact ebay and waiting for help and get to the bottom why no red flag for such sellers
